WP Title: Project management
- Lead by Vytautas Magnus University. Partner institutions will be responsible for project management activities in their institutions.
- Aims of this WP are:
- to establish the partnership and coordination of partnership activities
- to implement project successfully and reach all "promised", high quality project outcomes
- to develop project management tools (promotional and administrative website, project mailing list),
- to establish contracts with the partners
- to organize the Kick-off meeting in Lithuania.
- Project management success indicators:
- monitoring, implemented every 6 months (lead by VMU),
- interim and final reports
- bearing information on all project achievements and improvement recommendations.
- Deliverables:
- Project interim reports
- Project interim report
- Kick-off meeting
